Delivery, refund & cancellation policy

1. This website takes enquiries, not payments

Online sale of firecrackers is not permitted in India. Submitting the form on this website creates an estimate and an enquiry number. It is not a confirmed order, not a contract of sale, and no money is collected here. A sale is concluded only after we confirm availability and the final amount to you directly, and you pay for it.

2. Pricing

• Prices on this site are our selling rates, shown against the manufacturer's MRP. The "80% off" figure is calculated against MRP.
• An estimate holds for 7 days from the date it is generated, and is always subject to stock at the time we confirm.
• Freight is NOT included in the prices shown. It is paid by you to the transporter when you collect the parcel. We tell you the approximate freight when we confirm.
• GST is included in the rates shown. A GST invoice is issued on request — give us your GSTIN before you pay.

3. Minimum order

The minimum exists because lorry freight on a small parcel can cost more than the goods inside it. It is calculated on the goods value, before freight.

4. Where we cannot deliver

We do not accept orders for Delhi-NCR, or for any state, district or city where the sale, possession or bursting of firecrackers is prohibited by a court order, a state government order or a local authority. PIN codes in those areas are blocked in the estimate form. If an order is accepted in error for a prohibited area, it will be cancelled and any amount received will be refunded in full.

5. Dispatch and delivery

• Fireworks are classified as hazardous goods. Courier and parcel companies, air cargo and the post do not carry them. All dispatch is by registered road transport (lorry).
• We dispatch within 2 to 4 working days after payment of payment being received and cleared.
• Transit is normally 2 to 6 days depending on your city, depending on your city and the season. In the two weeks before Diwali, lorry availability — not stock — is the limiting factor and transit can be longer.
• Delivery is to the transporter's godown in your city. You collect it from there with your photo ID and the lorry receipt (LR) number. Door delivery is not available for fireworks.
• We send you the LR number, the transporter's name and the transporter's phone number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can check it on the Track Order page.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the transporter, bandhs, weather, police checks or seasonal congestion once the parcel has left our premises.

6. Cancellation

• Before payment: cancel freely. An estimate carries no obligation on either side.
• After payment, before dispatch: cancel for a full refund, less any bank or payment-gateway charge actually incurred.
• After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled. Fireworks cannot be returned by road transport once booked, and we cannot accept them back into a licensed magazine.
• We may cancel an order ourselves if stock is unavailable, if the delivery area turns out to be prohibited, or if the address or phone number cannot be verified. In every such case you get a full refund.

7. Shortage, breakage and refunds

1. 1Check the number of cartons against the LR before you leave the godown. If a carton is missing or visibly damaged, get the transporter to note it on the LR — without that note a claim against the transporter is not possible.
2. 2Open the cartons and photograph the contents within 24 hours of collection.
3. 3Send the photos and your estimate number to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of collection.
4. 4Verified shortages are replaced in your next dispatch, or refunded for that item, at your choice. Verified breakage in transit is refunded for the affected items.
5. 5Refunds are made to the same bank account or UPI ID the payment came from, within 7 working days of the claim being agreed.

The 24-hour rule is not a technicality. After that, the transporter will not entertain a claim and we have no way to establish whether the damage happened in transit or afterwards. Please photograph the parcel at the godown, before you load it into your vehicle.

We do not refund for items that did not perform the way you expected, for a dud rate within normal manufacturing tolerance, or for crackers that were stored badly, got damp or were burst after the dates above. Fireworks are consumable goods and cannot be returned once used.

8. Age and lawful use

By placing an enquiry you confirm that you are 18 or older, that firecrackers may lawfully be sold and burst at your delivery location, and that you will observe the permitted hours and any local restrictions. You are responsible for safe storage and safe use after collection. Please read our safety page before the evening starts.

9. Your information

We collect only what we need to price, dispatch and follow up your order: your name, mobile number, address, PIN code and the items you chose. We use it to fulfil your order and to contact you about it, including occasional offers before a festival. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will delete your details from our order sheet. The site uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure traffic and advertising.

10. Disputes

Please talk to us first — almost everything is resolved on WhatsApp the same day. Any dispute that cannot be settled is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu.
